Meet Dylan
Hi, I’m Dylan — owner of Toronto Fitness Company. I’m a certified personal trainer (ISSA + CanFitPro), Strength & Conditioning Coach, and TRX Specialist.
I’ve been training for over 3 years now and love helping people feel stronger and more confident.
For me, fitness is a lifelong commitment and something everyone should have access to, so I do my best to make it easy to follow and enjoyable.
